The public restaurant, formerly known as "Zierower Hof," was built, opened, and continuously operated successfully in 1995. Heating is provided by natural gas (installed in 2019). There is no brewery tie-in, and no compensation payment is required. The property is available for rent immediately.

All kitchen appliances were operated on electricity; however, if desired, the new operator can also make use of a gas connection—the necessary capacity reserve for this is available. There are no private parking spaces available, but a public large parking lot is located right across from the property.

On the ground floor is the small cafe/restaurant associated with Hotel Zierow, called Cafe-Romy. Directly next door is the year-round operating Hotel Zierow.
