The large living room on the first floor is accessible from the kitchen via either a spiral staircase or the main stairwell. An adjacent study room is connected to the living room.

From there, you can reach the left section of the building via the stairwell corridor, which can also be used as a separate dwelling by a single parent (or a parent with a child).
