Our maisonette apartment is located in the free-standing outbuilding and features a fitted kitchen, pantry, 2 children’s rooms, 1 large hallway, and a spacious bathtub-shower room with a window on the ground floor. The large living room on the first floor is accessible from the kitchen via either a spiral staircase or the main stairwell. An adjacent study room is connected to the living room.
From there, you can reach the left section of the building via the stairwell corridor, which can also be used as a separate dwelling by a single parent (or a parent with a child). This section includes a shower room and the option to connect a mini kitchen. The floor in this part of the building is made of genuine wooden planks. The building has already been partially insulated.
