• The secondary apartment is rented as a warm rental for €985 including furniture. There is no separate utility bill. Electricity, Internet/phone, and GEZ (broadcast license fee) must be registered and paid by the tenant.

• We as landlords would purchase most of the furniture, décor, furnishings, and kitchen appliances from the current tenant, as she no longer requires this inventory. However, we can discuss it if you would prefer to bring along any particular piece of furniture or inventory instead of taking over from the previous tenant. Potentially, electrical appliances such as a washing machine, dryer, TV, etc. could still be taken over from the current tenant.
