The apartment is situated in a quiet and very well-maintained historic multi-family building in a central yet calm location.
It is a charming and beautiful Art Nouveau building with flair (stucco in the entrance area, etc.).
There is a lovely small communal garden available.

In total, there are only 8 apartments in the building.
The house is centrally located yet very quiet on a small one-way street near Schützenpark in a sought-after area (Bugenhagenstraße).

The apartment was equipped with a state-of-the-art new bathroom (with bathtub) in 2018/2019.
In the small, cozy kitchen there is a stylish fitted kitchen. There is also space for a table and two chairs.
The bathroom features a beautiful sand-colored tiled floor made of high-quality porcelain stoneware tiles, and the rest of the apartment was outfitted with high-end design flooring (color: white ash).

A part of the attic was left untouched, where a basement substitute directly adjacent to the apartment is located for attic tenants and also offers space for hanging laundry.
The small room is larger than it appears in the photos: it is so spacious that it can be used perfectly as an office or as a bedroom.
A bicycle storage room is available in the courtyard.
The apartment is bright and quiet.
If needed, at your own expense, a registration for cable TV or fiber optic connection and its installation can be arranged. The fiber optic connection is already available in the basement. Otherwise, purchasing a DVB-T2 receiver is a good and inexpensive alternative for television.
