The new-build two-room apartment on offer is located in Building 2 on the ground floor.

Two multi-family residential buildings with a total of 44 condominium apartments and a shared underground garage are being constructed.

The bathroom will be fitted with a washbasin, a WC unit, and a flush-floor shower tray. Each apartment will have either a loggia or a flat roof terrace. Additionally, every apartment will feature electrically operated external rolling shutters. Each apartment also comes with a basement storage room that can be used as additional storage space.
Furthermore, each building will offer a communal bicycle room in the basement.
Each floor can be easily reached by the passenger elevator, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the staircase.
The underground garage provides 13 parking spaces per building, of which 6 parking spaces will be wheelchair accessible.
For Apartment 1.06, it can be freely chosen whether to purchase an underground garage parking space. The price for an underground garage parking space is EUR 20,000.00 or EUR 25,000.00 (wheelchair accessible).
The apartments will be handed over turnkey.
Construction began at the end of 2024. The apartment is expected to be completed by December 2026.

All infrastructural amenities, such as all types of schools, daycare centers, doctors, pharmacies, grocery stores, and the like, are located in the town and in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex. Furthermore, Lauenburg/Elbe offers an extensive cultural and leisure program.
