Das Objekt wurde uns mit dauerhaftem Wohnrecht verkauft, was aktuell noch in Klärung mit dem Bauamt ist.
Aus Fairness- und Sicherheitsgründen bieten wir das Objekt als Freizeitgrundstück an. Sollte sich herausstellen das ein Dauerwohnrecht vorliegt, sollte das Objekt deutlich in Wert steigen.
Das Dach ist erst vor kurzem erneuert wurden und sehr gut in Schuss.

Nemovitost nám byla prodána s trvalým právem k bydlení, což je momentálně ještě předmětem řešení u stavebního úřadu.  
Ze spravedlivých a bezpečnostních důvodů nabízíme nemovitost jako rekreační pozemek.  
Pokud by se ukázalo, že skutečně existuje trvalé právo k bydlení, měla by nemovitost výrazně vzrůst na hodnotě.

Nachází se v slepé uličce obklopené rekreačními pozemky – nemohlo by to být klidnější.  
Přesto se autem dostanete do centra Chemnitz již za 12 minut.  
Nemovitost je aktuálně zbavena vnitřního vybavení a nachází se v hrubém stavebním stavu.

The property was sold to us with a perpetual right of residence, which is still being clarified by the building authority. In the interest of fairness and safety, we are offering the property as a recreational plot. If it turns out that there is a permanent right of residence, the property should increase significantly in value.

The roof was only recently renewed and is in very good condition. We have completely gutted and modernized the property—old windows, for example, have been replaced.
