Very solid house with extra thick walls – it was once part of the original manor house from the Vorwerk Gnetsch in Bernburg, but it is not listed as a historic monument.

The property has a spacious layout with comfortable ceiling heights, usually around 2.80 m or more. The entrance to the house is located on the side opposite the driveway: on the ground floor (EG) to the left you find the kitchen with dining area and a passage to the living room with access to the two northeast terraces, as well as the shower room (this area could practically serve as a self-contained apartment) – to the right on the ground floor there is also a large bedroom. The hallway then leads to the partial basement and up to the first floor: here, off the hallway, there is another (living) kitchen with access to the bathtub bathroom. In the first upper floor (1.OG) there are two additional large living/bedrooms. The house thus has approximately 167 m² of living space, plus the three outdoor terraces (one on the entrance side facing southwest), a partial basement, the staircase areas with a generous heating/storage room halfway up, and the entire attic (with approximately 102 m² of floor space!).

In order to meet current requirements, this unit must be converted to a fully biological small sewage treatment plant (a technical retrofit), which is possible after an on-site appointment with the Water Utility Association. These expected additional costs for the utility connections have already been taken into account in the pricing.
