This house was solidly built in 1994 for a family with three or more children.

The parents park their cars in the spacious double garage, while the children store their bicycles in the front area of the garden shed. The path from the garage to the entrance with groceries is short. In the entry hall, there is ample space for outdoor clothing and plenty of shoes.

From the hallway, four doors lead out: into the very generous kitchen with an adjoining storage room for everyday necessities. The loft is very spacious for storing suitcases, boxes, toys, and other items that are not currently needed. Here, the inverter of the photovoltaic system cycles.

In all rooms, fresh air is constantly provided by the controlled ventilation system, which extracts used air from the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet and gently and silently introduces fresh air into the living spaces. The windows come without shutters, but one can choose to darken them internally with slats or blackout curtains.

In the storage cellar, medium- and long-term supplies, inliners, soccer balls, and in winter even very frost-sensitive plants and devices can be stored. To avoid having to remove your shoes when fetching a new ball from the football field or garden, there is a separate cellar exit to this room. Straight ahead is the huge hobby room, which can simultaneously serve as a spacious workshop, a billiard and table tennis room, and a crafting corner. In its own technical room, the heat pump and ventilation system hum, and sometimes the washing machine and dryer are in operation. While others store oil tanks, in this house the laundry dries odorlessly in both summer and winter. Under the stairs, there is a recycling shelf with six large containers.

Of the 730 m² property area, approximately 500 m² are undeveloped and planted with flower lawns, garden beds, and berry bushes. Almost no limits exist for watering, thanks to the 11 m³ rainwater cistern.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with a play street.

The fittings are consistently of high quality: branded fixtures, taps with ceramic seals, porcelain stoneware tiles, Italian tile design in the bathrooms, WERU plastic windows with thermal glazing, Kährs parquet flooring in the living area, and laminate in the children’s rooms. The controlled ventilation operates with heat recovery.

In principle, you can move in by arrangement and nothing needs to be done immediately. On the occasion, you might consider maintaining the parquet or perhaps redoing the garage floor.
