This beautiful house with a mansard roof has many large, modern rooms. An open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area embodies a modern living environment. The built-in kitchen unit from Valcucine is sustainable and made entirely from glass and aluminum. The suspended fireplace (Slimfokus) can be rotated in all directions to create a cozy atmosphere anywhere. The building is historical but is not protected as a monument.

The house is located near the Niebüll center, which can be reached quickly on foot or by car. The train offers direct connections to Sylt and Husum/Hamburg. The infrastructure is very well developed and offers an attractive array of services in every direction.

The front doors are crafted by a carpenter and modeled after the original doors. The conservatory and the bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating.
