The building was comprehensively renovated in 1999, and the entire apartment was continuously refurbished in 2009, with individual rooms updated afterwards as well. In 2011, 8 of the 10 windows as well as the balcony door were equipped with state-of-the-art wooden windows (triple glazing, U-value 0.6 W/m²K).
