At the end of 2015, the multi-family house with four units was built as a rear development. We were fortunate to be the first occupants in February 2016, bringing the building to life, and now we wish to move on.
Ground Floor:

Garden:
In the garden, bicycles, gardening tools, and play equipment find room in two sheds: a larger one at the back of the garden and a smaller one right next to the parking area at the entrance of the house.
The popular Hamburg district of Sülldorf is part of the Elbe suburbs and borders directly on Blankenese. Thanks to the green surroundings and the proximity to the Elbe with its beaches and countless parks, this district has a very special charm.
The Marienhöhe Forest Park is just a few steps from the house. There you will find beautiful walking paths for jogging and relaxing. The playground at Kieskuhle, the outdoor pool “Bad Marienhöhe” in summer, and the toboggan hill in winter offer fun and recreation for children of all ages. In the old village center of Sülldorf, traditional farmhouses and riding stables still exist, and scenic cycling routes invite you to a bike tour through the Klövensteen forest.
Close to the house is a playground for children, which we often used as an extension of our garden. Shopping facilities for daily needs – such as a bakery, café, hairdresser, supermarket, and a pizzeria – are within walking distance. Additional shopping options are available in the town center of Blankenese/Rissen and at the Elbe Shopping Center.
Schools such as the Lehmkuhlenweg Primary School and the Marion Dönhoff Gymnasium, as well as the Gymnasium and the district school of Blankenese and Rissen, are easily accessible. Kindergartens, doctors, and a wide range of sports facilities are available in the immediate vicinity.
The S-Bahn station “Sülldorf” is a 5-minute walk away and has a direct connection to Hamburg Airport as well as downtown Hamburg.
By car, downtown Hamburg can be reached in approximately 25 minutes.
