We offer 2-4 individual workplaces in our beautiful, modern, and high-quality furnished office spaces. In addition, it is possible, by arrangement, to rent a lockable office room.

We are a young company from the construction and real estate sectors and are looking for one or several subtenants.

Our offer for 2-4 individual workplaces:

Starting July 1, 2025, our fully equipped workplaces will be available for temporary rental, or by arrangement for longer-term rental.

The workplaces are located in a modern, architect-designed new building in the heart of Weimar, featuring a glass facade on the exterior and a lovely linden tree in front of the windows. In our approximately 65m² group office (maximum occupancy of 6 people), we have the possibility to rent 2-4 or, by arrangement, up to 6 workplaces (exclusively as a separate room).

Benefit from our infrastructure, which is already included in the rental price. You will have access to Wi-Fi, a printer, a kitchen, restrooms, and a large meeting room, among other facilities.

The location is in immediate proximity to the old town, the Bauhaus University, and the Ilm Park.

Equipment:

The room is furnished to a very high standard with designer chairs and height-adjustable solid wood desks (made of wild oak), as well as solid oak table setups with chairs, greenery, and a small library. There are informal areas as well as the option to use a conference/meeting room. Furthermore, an espresso machine, a high-quality Moccamaster filter coffee machine, common areas, fast Wi-Fi (250 MBit) etc. are available. The workplaces can be occupied at short notice, allowing you to start working immediately. Depending on the number of rented places, a space can be physically separated.

We ourselves work quietly, paperless, and make occasional telephone calls and video conferences throughout the day. We have additional rooms available. Meetings are generally held in separate rooms to allow for concentrated work. We would expect the same from our subtenants. Ideally, our subtenants’ competencies complement ours (creative industries, engineering, architecture, consulting, IT services, research, etc.).

We are also willing to provide workplaces to doctoral candidates or for a fixed-term research project related to sustainability/climate protection in construction.
