They vary in size and rental price; the largest room is additionally furnished with a small sofa and a living room table. The fitted kitchen features a dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, 2 ovens, 2 large refrigerator/freezers, and a dining area. The two new, modern bathrooms are equipped with a large shower and one washing machine each. The apartment was completely renovated, refurbished, and furnished in May 2025. The hallway lighting is activated by a motion detector.

The apartment is located in a quiet area. It is a 10‐minute bike ride, a 7‐minute drive, and a 17‐minute trip by public transport to the Cologne University of Applied Sciences campus; 17 minutes by car to Bayerwerke/Chempark and the Japanese Garden.
