Our maisonette suites of various sizes, furnished with a bright and modern interior and wonderful Coco Mat beds, provide all the amenities for an extended stay. For this purpose, we offer special rates starting from a booking of 21 nights.

All suites are equipped with a kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. In addition, there is a washing machine and dryer available in the building.

Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date; up to 30 days before, 40%; up to 7 days before, 70%; up to 1 day before, 90%; and in case of no-show, 100% of the total booking amount.

We usually arrange payment terms individually with our customers. If nothing else is agreed upon, a deposit of €1,000.00 is required for a confirmed booking, with an initial two-week payment cycle.

House rules: Our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking in the room or suite constitutes a breach of contract and will incur a flat contractual penalty of €150.00.

This fee contributes to the cleaning costs (curtains, furniture, etc.). If the room cannot be rented on the same day due to a strong smoke odor, an additional night will be charged at the daily rate.
