The apartment is on the 1st floor (ground floor) of the “Kostelní” apartment building, just a few steps from the town square. It is in an ideal location with complete local amenities. The historic building has been completely renovated, including brand new wooden euro-windows, and the apartment features underfloor heating throughout.
Layout: Upon entering, you reach a small hallway that leads into the living room with a kitchenette. The living room adjoins a bedroom. There is also an entrance from the hallway to the bathroom, which includes a shower and a toilet, with a provision for a washing machine.
The living room and bedroom are unfurnished. The apartment includes a new IKEA kitchen, a built-in refrigerator, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, and a microwave oven combined with a convection oven. Additionally, TV connection and internet service have been installed up to the apartment.
The building offers storage space for bicycles and skis, as well as a shared courtyard that is available to all subtenants.
The apartment’s layout is suitable for two people, non-smokers, and no pets.

Parking in the area is limited, but it is possible to obtain an annual resident parking permit to park directly in front of the building or at a nearby municipal parking lot (subject to permit availability).
