V blízké vzdálenosti se nachází autobusová zastávka MHD s pravidelnými spoji do centra. K bytu je malý sklep.
Parkování je možné v okolí domu (nejsou zde modré zóny), případně se dá pronajmout/koupit místo na stání. Tato místa jsou pravidelně nabízena ve Facebookové skupině.
Mazlíčky netolerujeme.
Byt je volný k nastěhování co nejdříve - dle dohody.
Kauce je 15 000,- a skládá se při podpisu smlouvy spolu s 1. nájmem. Nájemné vybírám v hotovosti vždy 15. v měsíci na měsíc další, je možné se dohodnout na platbě na účet. Smlouva se podepisuje na 1 rok (možnost vždy po roce prodloužit).

I am offering a cozy apartment for rent in a quiet area near Brno. The apartment is partially furnished, new, and modern. It is located in the new residence called Jabloňový sad, which is about a 5-minute journey to Futur in Brno. There is a public bus stop with regular connections to the city center nearby. A small cellar is included with the apartment.
Parking is available around the building (there are no blue zones), and you can also rent or purchase a parking space. These spaces are regularly advertised in a Facebook group.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is available for move-in as soon as possible, by agreement.
The security deposit is 15,000 CZK and is paid upon signing the contract together with the first month’s rent. I collect the rent in cash on the 15th of each month for the following month’s rent, although payment via bank transfer can be arranged. The contract is signed for 1 year, with the option to extend it annually.
