Also included with the house is the fitted kitchen in the ground floor apartment. The overall package also comprises the photovoltaic system with 10.12 kWp from 2010 by Solarworld. Through full-feed-in, additional net income of about €350 per month is generated. Furthermore, the equipment of the fitness basement (Maxxus Multipresse 8.1, weights and handles, fitness studio flooring) is also sold.
Outside, around the basement, there is drainage, so that the basement remains dry even during heavy rain. The house has a shared laundry room with connections for two washing machines.
