Operating costs: 160 € (including electricity, heating, operating expenses & WLAN – everything’s included)

Deposit: 3 months’ base rent

The apartment itself has been beautifully renovated over the past few months – new floors, freshly painted walls, modern bathrooms, everything’s clean and well-maintained. No old building chaos or construction site vibe – you can move right in and feel at home.

The apartment is a real gem:

• Two bathrooms plus a guest WC, so no morning rush.

• A large, fully equipped kitchen – with plenty of space for communal cooking.

• A cozy hallway with a dining nook – perfect for WG evenings or a quick coffee break.

Who already lives here:

• Leonard (26) – in the final stages of his pharmacy studies and an expert at spreading good vibes.

• Paul (22) – from France, doing an internship at Rocket Factory and always bringing good energy with his open manner.

• Alex (29) – starting as a trainee at UPS in June and making a fresh start in Augsburg.

We’re not a purely utilitarian WG, but we’re not non-stop party central either. Everyone does their own thing, but occasionally sharing a meal, chatting, or just hanging out in the kitchen works perfectly for us.

The apartment is located right in the middle of Jakobervorstadt – central, lively, yet pleasantly relaxed. The nearest tram stop is just one minute away, so you’re super well connected – whether it’s university, the city or off to grab a beer after work.

In about 10 minutes on foot you’ll be at Rathausplatz, so you’re really at the heart of it all. And during the summer? In no time you’ll be at the Wertach or Proviantbach – the place to be when it comes to cooling off, chilling, and soaking up the sun.

Each resident will have an individual rental contract for their respective WG room. Move-in is possible immediately.
