The apartment has a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has natural lighting and a window for ventilation.
There is also a spacious storage room in the apartment.
Heating is provided by an efficient gas boiler with radiators and underfloor heating in the bathrooms and hallway.
Vodafone Internet connection is possible.
Parking is possible on the street or in the yard close to the building (for mid-size cars).
The apartment is not suitable for sharing. Tenant with no pets, non-smoker preferred.
