Each apartment is freshly renovated and provided with a fitted kitchen equipped with electrical appliances. All the apartments are bright and well laid out, and each features a balcony (loggia). The apartments are located in multi-family buildings. From the loggia you can enjoy a beautiful view of the greenery.

The base rent, including the kitchen, is €9 per square meter. This results in the following base rents:

• 64 m² – €576/month

• 69 m² – €621/month

• 72 m² – €648/month

• 78 m² – €702/month

• 83 m² – €747/month and

• 99 m² – €891/month

In addition, there are ancillary/heating cost prepayments that vary depending on the size of the apartment, ranging from €200 to €250 per month.

A security deposit equivalent to 2 months’ base rent is required.

Each apartment also comes with its own cellar room. The apartments are available immediately.
