Greußenheim is located 13 km from Würzburg, and bus line 480 runs frequently during the day, connecting the apartment with Würzburg at several stops. On Sundays and holidays the bus runs as well—then via Zell—and it is very fast. Bike routes are available to larger supermarkets in the surrounding areas of Waldbüttelbrunn, Hettstadt, and Üttingen, with manageable inclines. There is also a swimming pool in the vicinity. Within the building, there is a bicycle cellar where electric bicycles can be charged. Very close by is Friedhofstraße at Malteserstraße, where there are always parking spaces available for cars.
The building itself was modernized by the owner who purchased it, who now lives there with their family on the second floor, runs a construction business in another town, and manages the heating services in a caretaker capacity. The fitted kitchen is almost new and is illuminated from the living room. The shower is new, and there is also space allocated for a washing machine.
