Additional fees: 2,850 CZK (breakdown: water and sewage – 400 CZK per person, cleaning fee – 100 CZK per person, waste disposal – 65 CZK per person, electricity – 15 CZK per person; the remaining items are fixed regardless of the number of occupants – 2,270 CZK)
