First of all, I am very pleased that you are showing interest in my house.
My wife and I designed it together, and I am the first owner.
This is a truly shared semi-detached house, which means the house is completely self-sufficient (own water/sewer/gas connection, firewall to the adjoining house, etc.) – it is not subdivided according to the Condominium Act! Therefore, any structural alterations do not require the neighbor's approval.
The exterior walls are conventionally made of 36 cm thick Klimaton bricks (not like today’s construction with 24 cm Kalksandstein) and finished with a mineral plaster, so they are naturally breathable. In combination with the masonry base stove, all this creates a cozy, romantic, and even healthful atmosphere in winter.
In summer, it ensures a pleasantly cool environment.
There are insulated (foamed) aluminum roller shutters present that are electronically controlled. They are also burglary-resistant due to built-in security measures.
There is an accessible attic and an additional large storage area above the garage.
Regarding the interior design, it is a somewhat “different” house, freely planned and individually styled.
Please take a look at the photos to get a first impression. However, only a personal visit will convince you of the extremely tasteful and lovingly crafted interior.

The S-Bahn station with direct connections to Frankfurt and the state capital Wiesbaden is only a 5-minute walk from the property.
Since Rodgau lies in the heart of the Rhine-Main area, excursions to the surrounding low mountain ranges (Taunus, Vogelsberg, Spessart, and Odenwald) are possible in a short time by car and sometimes even by bicycle. Historic towns such as Seligenstadt, Würzburg, Bamberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Miltenberg on the Main, and many more are within easy reach. Medical care (the University Hospital Frankfurt, Sana Clinic Offenbach, and Asklepios Clinic Seligenstadt, general practitioners, specialists, pharmacies, a newly built Medical Care Center) is excellently provided. All types of schools are available in Rodgau, as well as a primary school and kindergartens (a 5-minute walk from the property). Excellent, partly high-quality gastronomy, cinemas, playgrounds, and a wide range of sports and cultural activities are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.
The location of the property offers a mix of natural tranquility and urban flair due to its proximity to Frankfurt am Main (international sporting events, large-scale cultural events of all kinds, museums, etc.). Cities such as Hanau and Aschaffenburg are also reachable within a few minutes.
