Currently, the following rooms are available:

– Room 2 with an area of 12.31 m² – €700

– Room 3 with an area of 10.37 m² – €650

– Room 4 with an area of 7.47 m² – €600

All rooms are filled with natural light, feature high-quality flooring, and have been freshly painted white.

The apartment includes a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a dryer. Both the kitchen and the washing machine are available for use by all flatmates. Furnishing of the individual room can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

You would be living with three other people, and maintaining a good atmosphere is important to us. Perhaps we could organize game nights or cooking evenings together.

Pets are not allowed. We do not allow smoking in the apartment.

The monthly rent for the room starts at €600.00 (including heating costs, internet, and electricity).

Deposit: 2.5 months’ base rent.
