Our house is a terraced mid-row house built in bungalow style, featuring a flat roof with a membrane covering and a layer of gravel. The property is situated in a residential “U” comprising 12 houses, which are grouped around a green courtyard with trees and a lawn, and a communal garage area in front of the green space where the garages belonging to the houses are located. The house was built in 1979.

Almost the entire living area is on one level; only the living and dining areas are arranged on two different levels in an architecturally appealing manner, separated by two small steps and a low parapet. The living area boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light. The garden is completely overgrown and the terrace is private.
