The apartment is located in Madsow, a village of 70 inhabitants between Wismar and Neubukow—each about a 15‑minute drive away.

At its core, the village comprises the manor house with its historically impressive, protected agricultural buildings, as well as approximately 30 small, predominantly lovingly designed single‑family homes.

By car, it’s 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea (Rerik is our “home beach”), 40 minutes to Rostock and Lübeck, 2 hours to Hamburg, and 3 hours to Berlin.

Unique and priceless is the silence and the power of nature. There is hardly any light pollution and no mechanical noise at night—you can experience a starry sky like nowhere else.
