A room is becoming available in the University Quarter. Your beautiful room is part of a 120-square-meter shared flat. In total, there are four bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, a guest WC, a kitchen, a common room, and a hallway.

The room features two large windows with window sills and a hardwood floor. Thanks to the large windows, the room is very bright.

The apartment has been freshly renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and everything else you need for daily life. The washer-dryer is located in the bathroom and is, of course, available for shared use.

The apartment is situated in a lively part of Augsburg’s University Quarter. Several bus and tram lines are within walking distance. Nearby, you’ll find various restaurants, doctors, supermarkets, cafés, and bakeries. A few gyms, bars, parks and green areas, bookstores, and fashion shops are also in the vicinity.

We envision shared living in such a way that we can meet in the kitchen for meals or cooking, or sometimes sit together in the evening, while still respecting everyone’s need for privacy. This means that when the door is closed, you can have your peace and quiet.

We’re also happy to do other activities together, such as sports, bike rides, jogging, visiting beer gardens, partying, etc.—but that’s not mandatory.
