From QIII 2025, new production and storage halls—with or without offices and social facilities—will be available in the heart of Halle, located directly on Delitzscher Straße. Additionally, sufficient parking spaces and external storage areas will be provided.

The Delitzscher Straße 82 site will be completely developed with a total of 11 new commercial units, with sizes varying from 100 to 1,500 sqm. Depending on your needs, you can find the appropriate unit.

This is a new construction in a steel skeleton design featuring high load-bearing capacity for the floors. All units are equipped with sectional doors. Of the 11 units, 4 include offices and social facilities, while the remaining 7 are dedicated solely to production or storage. All units will be supplied with heat pumps, and the hall height is 6 meters.

The fittings will be upscale.
