I offer a rental cottage located in a pleasant and quiet environment. The property has a total area of 59 m² and is situated on a plot of land covering 323 m². The cottage has two floors, with a living room, kitchen, and a small bedroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms in the attic. It is partially furnished, and by agreement, some of the furnishings can be removed. Drinking water is supplied to the plot. The toilet is flushed using a bucket. The cottage has electricity, and there is also the option to cook on propane. The rental is intended for people with a free-spirited, alternative mindset who are willing to tidy up the greenery on the property, particularly by pruning the trees. Students from ČZU are welcome.
The cottage is available for rent from June 2025 until September 2025, with the possibility of repeated rental if the cooperation goes well.
The cottage is located on a hill above the river Sázava, where swimming is possible, and it is possible to take a river descent from Český Šternberk to Sázava and then return by train. The surrounding area also offers excellent conditions for mushroom picking.
It is also a great spot for tinkerers, with interest in installing running water in the cottage and building a new bathroom...
