The 40 m² apartment is on the ground floor of a single-story building right next to a metro station (excellent accessibility throughout Prague). It is partially furnished, which means you can move in immediately and start enjoying your new home. There is also a 3 m² balcony available for use, ideal for relaxing outdoors. A beautiful garden in the inner courtyard provides a peaceful space to unwind. The apartment also includes a practical storage area.
In the kitchen, you will find a spacious kitchen counter with appliances (a gas stove with an electric oven, a range hood, and a refrigerator), a table, and a sofa bed. The bedroom features built-in wardrobes and a bed.
Please note that the apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The tenant is responsible for the internet, as well as electricity and gas, based on contracts with the respective providers.
