There is a second room one floor up that is already rented by another resident and will remain that way for now. The room available for rent is accessible without stairs, on the same level as the entrance, the kitchen, and the terrace.

We are looking for a new male resident up to 27 years old.

There is an option to rent the entire apartment once the roommate moves out.

In 2025, a hybrid heating system is planned to be installed for the entire building (the purchase costs will be covered solely by me, the landlord), which should help lower the heating costs in the future.

The rental start date could be as early as May 19, 2025, and at the latest, from June 1, 2025.
