Please have a look at the attached map or search the address on Google Maps! You will hardly find a quieter location in Winsen. Nevertheless, all important amenities are within walking distance. Likewise, the forest for pleasant walks with a small dog is only a few minutes away.

HOW TENANTS SHOULD BE:

In this residential area live only quiet, decent, hard-working people who enjoy their retirement. The social atmosphere is excellent – and THAT IS HOW IT SHOULD REMAIN.

PETS:

We gladly accept a small dog, a cat, or a bird, but we would like to see the pet before the contract is signed.

AMENITIES:

The fitted kitchen is new. You must place your washing machine in the basement – and only there. There is a dedicated heated laundry and drying room for all tenants.
