We offer a spacious, bright 3-room attic apartment (approx. 86 m²) in a quiet area of Nordheim for rent as a shared flat. The apartment is ideal for a three-person shared flat and is specifically tailored to the needs of students. It was extensively renovated in 2025 and features 3 friendly, bright, and fully furnished rooms.

The fully equipped kitchen—with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and an inviting dining table in the dining area—is included in the rent.

Additionally, all rooms are furnished with a bed (160×200 cm including slatted frame and mattress) with a bedside cabinet, a wardrobe with a mirror, a chest of drawers, and a desk, offering plenty of storage space.

In the entrance area, there is a cloakroom and a shoe cabinet.

We aim to promote a pleasant and respectful shared flat atmosphere. Therefore, we are looking for responsible, quiet, and reliable students who are able to get along well with one another.

I, Manu, live with my family in the same building, but not in the shared flat. We are looking for friendly, considerate, tidy, and reliable individuals with a heart of gold.
