The municipality offers very good infrastructure. Shopping facilities can be reached by car in about 5–10 minutes. A kindergarten and an elementary school are located in the immediately adjacent Vahrendorf, and secondary schools are available in Nenndorf, Hittfeld, and Buchholz – all accessible via school bus. The bus stop is located right at the property, and there is also a Waldorf school that can be conveniently reached by bicycle or on foot.
