On behalf of the owners, we are renting out a spacious, very bright, and charming room in a well-maintained all-female 5-person flatshare. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen-living area with a dining space and a small balcony facing southwest – ideal for spending time together.

The bathroom is well equipped with both a shower and a bathtub; the toilet is separate. A generous hallway area provides additional comfort. The atmosphere in the flatshare is friendly, respectful, and straightforward.

We are looking for a pleasant non-smoker who fits well into the existing flatshare community. If interested, we look forward to a brief introduction.

This room impresses not only with its spacious layout but also with its perfect location in the Munich Laim district: comfortable, central, and well connected. You can reach:

• The S-Bahn in 7 minutes

In the inner courtyard, you have access to a small communal garden with seating areas for relaxation that you may use at any time. If you need a parking space, one can be rented additionally at any time.

Contract Details:

• Minimum rental period of one year, no lease termination effective on December 31st of any year

• Tiered rent agreement: 3% annual increase on the base rent

• No subletting of the room, no pets, non-smoking room

• Occupancy: Maximum 1 person

• Kitchen: provided by the landlord (included in the rent)

• No broker inquiries are welcome – directly from the owner!

• We are looking for a long-term tenant, no short-term rentals!

• No processing of applications through the employment agency is possible.
