In our friendly 5-person shared flat, a room will become available starting June 1, 2025, and we’re looking for a new flatmate.

Currently, the following rooms are available:

• Room 4: 29.47 m²

• Room 5: 34.37 m²

All rooms are bright with natural light, feature high-quality flooring, and have been freshly painted white. They come furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe.

The apartment offers a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony that’s perfect for relaxing together in the evenings. Both the kitchen and the washing machine are available for all flatmates. Furnishing of the individual room can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

The shared balcony on the second floor is also used by the neighboring apartment and invites everyone to sit together.

You would be living with four other people. A friendly and respectful atmosphere is important to us—we might even organize game or cooking nights together!

Costs:
