In the bedroom you will find a large 140 x 200 cm bed with a high-quality Tempur mattress, ample shelf space, and generous storage for your clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a window. On both sides the view is private – looking onto green trees with no view into neighboring properties.

Operating and heating costs as well as electricity (with normal consumption) are billed at a flat rate of 260 EUR. Internet costs (100 MBit) will be added separately if needed (already connected and available).

The Sprengl neighborhood offers numerous lively cafés, restaurants, and bars in the immediate vicinity. Shopping opportunities, cultural venues, and a pharmacy are within easy walking distance. Despite its quiet location, the apartment is very well connected to public transport. Both the U6 and Tram 13 can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
