Zum Bahnhof 71, , SaxonyPublic transport 1 minute of walking • ParkingThe multifamily house, built between 1995 and 1997 in the heart of Frankenberg/Dittersbach, features 12 apartments distributed over four floors, creating a small tenant community within the building into which one can quickly settle in. The apartments (except for the one-room units) on the upper floors each have a balcony, while the ground floor apartments have a terrace, all facing south.
The Free State of Saxony is located in the east of the Federal Republic of Germany. About 85 km away from the state capital Dresden lies the third-largest city of the region: Chemnitz. With 250,000 inhabitants and an area of approximately 221.03 km², Chemnitz is one of the most important economic centers in the new federal states.
Approximately 23.9 km and a 25-minute car drive away is the town of Frankenberg in the district of Mittelsachsen, located within the Saxon Granulite Mountains in the foreland of the Ore Mountains in the Zschopau Valley, surrounded by many mixed forests such as those in the Lützeltal, Striegistal, or Buchenwald areas.
To the west of the town outskirts flows the Zschopau River, while the Mühlbach streams through the village section of the same name as well as the town center.
Frankenberg gained particular economic significance through the cigar-making craft and the automotive industry, especially with the production of Marko Framo (Frankenberger Motorenwerke) engines between 1923 and 1933.
A landmark of the town is the Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Aegidien, whose tower can already be seen from the highway. The lower part of the tower, built in 1499, still survives today. The largest green area near the town center is the Friedenspark, which was created from a disused cemetery around 1890/1891.
Approximately 4 kilometers from the town center is the municipality of Dittersbach, which, along with its district Neudörfchen, forms the Frankenberg district of Dittersbach. The Lützelbach runs through the town, which flows into the Zschopau south of Sachsenburg. North of Dittersbach, Federal Road 169 and the Federal Motorway 4 run by, both of which can be reached within a few minutes by car, providing excellent transport links to the surrounding cities.
The advertised one-room apartment is located on the first upper floor of the multifamily house and, with about 26 m² of living space, features a bright living/dining/sleeping area with an adjacent kitchenette (without fitted kitchen) and a daylight bathroom with a shower.
