We are a non-smoking house and would like it to remain that way.

In Vogtareuth, one of the well-known Schön Clinics is located about 3–4 km away. The apartment is suitable for accompanying persons of patients as well as for commuters.

Electricity costs are charged based on consumption (at cost price), and broadcasting fees are to be paid by the tenant.

Each parking space at the house costs €40.

The cleaning fee for the final cleaning depends on the degree of soiling.
