Waldems-Bermbach is located about 5 minutes from the Idstein motorway connector to the A3. Via the A3, you can reach Limburg in 25 minutes and Frankfurt in 35 minutes. Wiesbaden is approximately 30 minutes away. Bermbach has its own kindergarten. The primary school is just 3 minutes away in Heftrich. Secondary schools are available in Idstein, where there is also a Montessori school. For shopping, you can walk to the courtyard shop. A Netto is approximately a 15-minute walk away. For Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, Denner, etc., you can reach Idstein in 5 minutes. There is a bike path to Idstein. A pharmacy and general practitioners are available in Waldems-Esch.
The absolute highlight is the on-site photovoltaic system with a 6.5 kW peak and its own 5 kW battery storage, which can be expanded at any time. If desired, our electrician can install an 11 kW wallbox for a small fee. The wallbox can be transferred to the next tenant upon moving out.
