The very large living room was divided by the current tenant using the cabinet visible in the picture, creating two separate rooms. In reality, it is one very large space. The divider could remain, but it can also be removed upon request, resulting in just one large room. However, if the divider is removed, the living room then becomes a passage room. The apartment will be available from August 1st and then by agreement. Due to holidays, viewings will probably only be possible from June 21st onward.
