This is the first rental following extensive modernization. All rooms feature oak parquet flooring. The gas boiler of the central heating system, as well as the radiators, has been replaced. The building is located on a residential street in a green environment. In the immediate vicinity are the Bose Park, the Old Park, and several smaller green spaces. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you can reach Tempelhofer Damm with its shopping opportunities and U Auguste-Viktoria-Straße (U6), where various buses also depart.
