Current Status

At the moment, the final works are being completed on the building, and the rooms will be handed over by arrangement. Move-in dates are negotiable – even at short notice! Now is the perfect time to secure a room early.

Rental Period

The minimum rental period is 3 months. The rental contract is initially limited to one year, with the option to extend.

The apartment is located in a lovely area in Oppenheim, with good connections to public transport (a 5-minute walk to the train station) and excellent links towards Mainz and Worms.

Shopping facilities, restaurants, and the train station are easily accessible. The surroundings invite you for walks through vineyards or along the Rhine.
