In the bedroom, you’ll find a large 140 x 200 cm bed with a high-quality Tempur mattress, plenty of shelf space, and generous storage for your clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a window. On both sides, there is no view into neighboring properties – the outlook is always onto green trees.

All operating and heating costs, including electricity and water (with normal consumption), are included in the rent. If desired, internet (100 Mbit) will incur an additional charge (the connection is already in place and available).
