The train station is also only a 5-minute walk away and offers good regional connections to Lüneburg (15 minutes) and Hamburg (1 hour) as well as Uelzen (10 minutes) and Hanover (1:15 hours).

An outdoor terrace space in the garden can be arranged upon request.

The heating cost advance payment includes a 40 € electricity cost prepayment. For this, there is a separate sub-meter. No registration with the electricity provider is necessary.

A graduated rent increase of 2.5% per annum is agreed.
