!!!Attention: Currently only the small room is available!!! A large room will be available again from June. We are offering three rooms in an apartment for rent. The apartment has a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a tub and a shower, which are shared.

One room comes with a balcony, and a parking space on the property is available for the apartment and can be rented additionally if needed.

The apartment also includes a spacious basement that can be used for storage.

Electricity and a 1,000 Mbit/s internet connection including TV are included in the rent.

The rooms are equipped with a smart TV, desk, bed, and wardrobes, so no personal efforts by the residents are necessary. Dishes, cutlery, mugs, etc., as well as a washing machine, are also provided, so the residents can move in and focus on their studies or training.

For hygiene reasons, personal textiles such as towels or bedding are not provided. These must be brought by the residents themselves to their new home.

The kitchen is equipped with a modern washing machine and the usual kitchen appliances, such as a kettle, microwave, etc., and is prepared for shared use.

Each tenant receives an individual rental contract, so no billing between the residents is necessary.

The Police University of Applied Sciences is about 2 km away from the apartment. It can be reached by bike in approximately 7 minutes, by car in about 5 minutes, and on foot in about 30 minutes.

In the vicinity of the apartment, various shopping opportunities and restaurants can be reached on foot.

The apartment is situated in a mixed-use building; therefore, a high value is placed on appropriate behavior.

The following rooms are available:

- Room I: 16 m² with balcony for 390.00 Euros per month (including utilities), [available again from 12/2025]

- Room II: 16 m² (without balcony) for 370.00 Euros per month (including utilities), [available again from June 2025]

and

- Room III: 11 m² for 320.00 Euros per month (including utilities).

Since each resident signs an individual rental contract, there is no liability for the other residents.

A deposit of 600 Euros is required for the large rooms and 500 Euros for the small room.

The rooms will be rented out anew after a renovation.
