The room is located on the first floor, directly opposite the kitchen. It is furnished with everything you can see in the photo, plus an additional shelf. Only the desk chair, the curtains, and the clothes rod are taken back by Helena. Roller blinds provide sufficient blackout, and a visible ceiling beam adds a cozy touch to the room. Starting on June 1, another room will become available.

The apartment is spread over two floors, which makes for a pleasant layout. There are two separate toilets and a large bathroom with a shower. We also have a living room—plenty of space even when several people are around. In addition, there’s a garden where you’re welcome to let loose. And when it’s hot in the summer, our air conditioning provides plenty of cooling!

The house is located in the old town center of Geisenheim, making it very conveniently accessible. The train station and bus lines are within walking distance, and you can reach the university by bike in under ten minutes. Shopping and dining options are also very easily reached on foot.

There are free parking spaces available on the street in front of the house.

You will have four roommates. Melina, 22, and Fleur, 22, are both studying landscape architecture at HGU. Sophie, 29, is a freelancer in the IT field. Eri, 19, unfortunately won’t be with us for much longer. She is Japanese and is studying Business Administration for one year at EBS, and she will sadly be leaving the shared apartment in June. From June, her room will also be available, giving you the chance to have a say over who joins next :)

Music plays a big role in our household. So if you also enjoy singing, dancing, or simply listening to music, you’ll be right at home with us. We’ve spent several jam sessions and Just Dance evenings together in our living room.

Despite this, we are a quiet shared apartment, yet we love experiencing things together. There’s almost always someone in the kitchen to chat with, go for a walk, have coffee, or make music.

To maintain basic order in the house, we have a rotating cleaning schedule :)

The utilities are already included as a flat rate in the costs. A limited rental period (by semester) is also possible.

Starting June 1, another room in the same shared apartment will be available under the same conditions.
