Thanks to a clever ventilation system—once more common—the upper floor can also be heated by the stoves on the ground floor. Except for two rooms, all rooms can be directly heated by the three wood stoves.
Additionally, there are two small basement rooms (approximately 20 square meters) with a height of about 1.8 meters.

In the lower part of the stable are the ancillary rooms as well as a large area that serves as a parking space, with one large gate and two small gates. The hayloft impresses with its breathtaking size and the possibilities it offers.
The former stable remains essentially as it was originally taken over, although the lighting electrical wiring has been newly installed and the usable parking area expanded.
