The building is QNG certified and meets the highest ecological and energy standards. Each apartment has its own photovoltaic system with 4.5 kWp and its own photovoltaic storage. This reduces our electricity consumption by about 65%. Through water-saving fixtures, we reduce water consumption by around 50%. Thanks to showers with heat recovery, we also use 65% less energy for hot water production. As a result, the operating costs are incredibly low.

You should know that we do not allocate apartments in order of application. Instead, we are seeking people who want to practice communal living and are excited about sharing and exchanging experiences. Just get to know us, and you will quickly see that we’re going to have a lot of fun together.

Nonetheless, everyone has their own private retreat in their apartment. We are NOT a shared flat… (grin).
