Hello, we would like to sell our beloved holiday home in the dreamy little town of Sellin. It has brought us many, many years of joy, but now the children are grown, going their own ways and plans are changing. It would be really a pity if this little gem were to continue being bored ;)

The location near Wilhelmstrasse and the beach by the pier is simply unique.

This is a small house with 2.5 rooms, a shower room, and a fitted kitchen with a pantry. In total, it offers approximately 64 m² of living space.

You enter the house from the street side and arrive in the hallway, which we also used as a sleeping area. From there, the small shower room is also accessible. Then you continue to the kitchen, from there to the living room, and further on to the bedroom. The rooms are arranged as through-rooms.

There is a terrace both in front of and behind the house. In the morning, you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast on the front terrace, and in the afternoon, you can soak up the sun on the back terrace.

We have just demolished an old, dilapidated shed, so plenty of new space has been created.

The house is of a simple standard, but it is well maintained and very cozy. You just feel at home there.

Heating is provided by a night storage heater.

The new owner can now completely transform the house into a charming holiday home to suit their own tastes or perhaps even start something completely new.

We always parked right next to the house, as it was the easiest for loading and unloading. However, you can of course drive to the back of the property as well. The house, with its 642 m² large garden, is situated in a quiet side street near the famous Wilhelmstrasse. The property is fenced, making it especially suitable for families. The pier and the Baltic Sea beach are 800 m away. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the forest and the South Beach with its splendid bathing area. It is an ideal starting point for your hikes and bike tours, and there is a bicycle rental nearby.

The "Rasenden Roland" train station is about 600 m away, and the bus stop is 300 m from the property. Many restaurants and shops look forward to your visit. You can reach the Seepark within a few minutes on foot, where you can visit the island paradise with its wellness area. For our little ones, there is a playground. A stroll through the Seepark is recommended, where you can simply relax. Additionally, there is a cinema not too far away.
